ASSET DESCRIPTION: Beautiful mountain lots in gated community in Suches, GA. Property will be sold in individual lots and as a whole.
IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER NOTE: At the time of closing, there will be a $200.00 HOA fee collected per lot. This fee will be held in escrow until the HOA is formed, at which time the money will be applied toward the creation and establishement of the HOA and shall be used pursuant to the by-laws of the Association. In the event the lots are purchased in bulk, the successful high bidder will assume the responsibilities of developer at the time of closing.
The initial homeowner will pay a one-time tap fee of $1,250 and monthly service fee to Appalachian Water, Inc. The tap fee is not taken out at closing, but paid directly to Appalachian Water, Inc. once water service is connected.
