ONLINE BIDDING: Online registration and bidding will begin on February 8th at 11am EST. Should you rather bid directly to the Auctioneer, auction representatives will be on-site one hour prior to the Auction Bid Deadline to help relay bids directly to the online bidding software.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For a high bid of $1,000,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100,000 will be added making the purchase price $1,100,000.
