PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:  Property consists of 34 individual office suites within 5 multi-tenant office buildings.  Built in 2001, the gross leasable area is 50,667+/- sf., with 202 parking spaces on a 5.15+/- acre tract.  Currently, the suites are only 60% occupied and provide over $300,000 in gross annual income.
