  ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a 2013 Cirrus SR22T GTS Gen 5 - N928CS - Serial #0636.  Please "click" documents tab for additional information.  

IMPORTANT AUCTION NOTE: The Cirrus has been stored at Epps Aviation for approximately 2 years.  An updated work package is located under the documents tab.  Should you want your own mechanic to inspect, please contact Auctioneer to coordinate.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online registration and bidding to begin on March 15th.

INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the Cirrus, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog.  Do not attempt to inspect the Cirrus without contacting Auctioneer.  Please contact Scott Schwartz at 404-550-3490 or scott@bullseyeauctions.com to confirm your attendance at either of the posted inspections . The Cirrus will be available for inspection on:
     Monday, March 15th from 10 AM - 1 PM
     Tuesday, March 23rd from 10 AM - 1 PM
The inspection will be conducted at Epps Aviation, 1 Aviation Way, Peachtree Dekalb Airport, Atlanta, GA  30341.  The log books will be available at both inspections for review.

TERMS: Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email the winning bidder an invoice and wire transfer instructions. The Cirrus must be paid in full by wire transfer directly to Trustee, S. Gregory Hays.  Wire transfer must be received no later than 5 PM on March 26th. Auctioneer will contact the winning bidder to coordinate payment and removal. Auctioneer will be responsible for any storage fees until March 31st. For monthly storage fee information, please email Shane Dale with Epps Aviation at sdale@eppsaviation.com. Please note, there is a waiting list for hangar rentals at this location and future rental availability is not guaranteed.

REMOVAL: Once full payment has been received by Trustee, removal can begin.  Removal and or arrangements made directly with Epps Aviation must be made no later than March 31st, 2021.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is NO 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction.
