ASSET DESCRIPTION: 2011 International ProStar, VIN 3HSCUAPR5BN215693, Mileage = 331,298 (Clayton County Civil Action No. 2023CM18479) and a 2008 International 9000i Series, VIN 2HSCHAPR58C68208, Mileage = 62.096 (Clayton County Civil Action No. 2023CM09951).
IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: The 2011 International ProStar arrived at Cummins in April of 2021. The 2008 International 9000i arrived Cummins in January of 2020. Work was performed on both trucks and the owners/borrowers neglected to settle their invoices. Through the Magistrate Court of Clayton County, Cummins Sales and and Services has gone through the legal process to sell the trucks. Under the "Documents" tab, please find the repair invoices and court documentation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING TITLES: Upon purchase, the purchaser will receive a Certified Copy of the Order Authorizing the Sale of the Vehicle. To obtain the Certificate of Title, within 30 days of the sale, please
(1) File the Required Application (MV-1 Title/Tag Application) with the GA Dept. of Revenue in your county. We will provide you with the following items required by the application – (1) T-7 Bill of Sale, (2) T-22B Certification of Inspection, and (3) Certified Copy of the Order Authorizing the Sale;
(2) Pay the required fees to the GA Dept. of Revenue ($18 Title Application Fee, $20 License Plate/Registration Decal Fee). Please note if not paid within 30 days of the sale, a late fee of $10 is charged; and
(3) File the Certified Copy of the Order with the GA Dept. of Revenue.
The GA Dept. of Revenue will then issue a Certificate of Title, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

TERMS: All items must be paid for in full with wire transfer. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice and wire transfer instructions. Payment must be received no later than 4 PM on April 12th, 2024.
REMOVAL: Vehicles must be removed within 48 hours of bid deadline. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, Dobbins Company and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: Sales tax WILL NOT be charged on the sale of the vehicles. You may be charged sales tax and other fees upon proper registration.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.
BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. - Removal of ALL items must occur during the posted removal period. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Failure to pay for your item(s) by the posted deadline will result in charging the full amount due to your card. You further agree to forfeit your right to dispute this charge with your credit card issuer by acceptance of this condition.
- There may be a buyer's premium added to all winning bids. Check specific auction listing for details.
- Appropriate sales tax will be charged for all purchases unless proper sales tax exemption documentation is provided or stated otherwise.
- The lots will be sold at a rate of either 1 or 2 lots per minute. Please check individual auction or speak to auctioneer for specific details.
- The bid extension feature is in place. This feature will extend the bidding an additional 3 minutes for any item that has received a bid within 2 minutes of the ending bid time shown for that item. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'live' auction.
- If bidding on a particular lot is extended, the closing of subsequent lots will continue.
- High bids cannot be cancelled. Please make certain that you are bidding on the correct item and at the bid amount you want prior to placing a bid.
- Once the auction concludes, you may be contacted by phone. Please be expecting the call and be prepared to discuss your plans.
